Hampton Regional Medical Center is seeking qualified RN's to fill night and weekend House Supervisor Nursing positions. These supervisors will be responsible for the supervision of nursing staff, as well as the oversight of operations after Administrative hours. The ideal candidate will assist the CNO with orientation, evaluation, and discipline of nursing services personnel. He/She will have demonstrated evidence of progressive nursing management experience including a strong focus on analytical problem solving and customer service.
