Oxygen Therapy at HRMC is delivered by using a nasal cannula or mask in order to assist patients with breathing, decrease the amount of work for the heart, and to treat patients with low levels of oxygen in their blood (Hypoxia). These conditions may apply to patients suffering from: Pneumonia, Asthma, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
