The Registration Office

The role of the Registration Office is to meet with patients and gather their correct demographic and biographical information. Representatives will enter vital information for your medical record and your insurance carrier. HRMC provides necessary healthcare services, regardless of an individual's ability to pay. Our Patient Financial Representatives are prepared to help you if you are experiencing financial difficulty. They will attempt to identify any charges that may not be covered by your insurance and arrange an appropriate payment schedule for you. If you do not have insurance or your coverage is limited, the staff can identify other programs to help. Please see Paying for Care. This office also assists Medicaid applicants, responds to questions regarding patient accounts, and provides telephone switchboard services.
