Accounting Department


The Accounting Department at HRMC plays a vital role in maintaining the fiscal viability of HRMC, as healthcare is the most regulated industry in the nation.

Payroll Responsibilities

The Accounting Department at HRMC is responsible for bi-weekly payroll of over 200 employees. This involves the maintenance of a time and attendance system, and the preparation and disbursement of payroll via direct deposit.

General Accounting Responsibilities

The Accounting team administers departmental financial budgets monthly. Accounting also oversees payments to hundreds of vendors and suppliers, quarterly withholding reports to the federal and state governments, quarterly sales tax reports and processing daily invoices and claim vouchers. They also keep track of debt schedules, fixed assets, and miscellaneous expenses.
